Today was my one week follow up appointment. I am very happy with my results thus far as I have lost a few inches in both my back and waist areas. 😊 Jada and Kyla took great care of me today! They both were friendly, helpful, and made the appointment fun. I was able to go down a size on my next compression garment which I'm excited about!
I was initially introduced to SonoBello by a friend and her mom who both previously had a procedure with great results and experiences. However, my overall experience with the Hanover location has been exceptional! From my initial consult with Michelle and the communication leading up to my pre-op was very informative. It’s unfortunate that I have to give this center a 1 rating, because I had such a pleasant experience during my initial meeting. I met with Stephanie on Saturday, October 17th, and during that appointment, she managed to put my mind at ease and gave me a high sense of “hope” about the procedure I was considering. Was there for over an hour past my appointment time for a consult. When I said I’d have to reschedule unless I could be seen pretty quickly, they still said I’d have to keep waiting to be seen. I gave it a few more minutes and still nada. I ended up having to leave because I had a prior engagement and should have been finished at sonobello several times over. I am extremely pleased with the care that I received from the Sonobello in Hanover. My consult with Stephanie made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous because after having two children and knowing that my genetics caused my stomach to be loose and unattractive , I thought there wasn’t any hope to feel pretty and confident again. She was very kind, patient and honest with me. I’m so excited to move on with the process! Thank you Sonobello for giving me hope!!!
