Once again, incredible assistance and service from Angie and Phelica. My ballancer appointment was at 9 am on a Saturday. I got there at 9 and was immediately taken to the massage room by Phelica. She was so nice and helpful, funny and considerate. She and Angie took turns checking on me to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed help with anything. They both provide tips for aftercare and are always answering any questions I have. 10/10 for sure!

I just completed my Ballancer Massage and it was amazing! I went in on Saturday and Angie was the only customer service representative there. She made sure to get me settled, checked on my comfort and ran back and forth from the front desk to make sure everything was smooth. This is my 4th time at this location and I'm going to keep coming back so long as she's there. This has been a seamless process for me because of her professionalism and her assistance. 10/10 highly recommend!

Kaila provided support and education at my one month follow up. She was kind and supportive. She helped me select the next phase of garments and talked to her colleagues on my behalf! I was able to see Amber about the venous therapies because she advocated for me. I like progress pics too!
