8/22/25, and my entire experience has been outstanding. With Dr. Williams Epps has a wonderful bedside manner, patiently answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. On surgery day, he and my nurse Keisha were an amazing team, helping calm my fears and keeping my pain well controlled throughout my 3 ½ hour procedure. Had my 1 month post op this past Friday with nurse Taylor. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a previous appointment before, and just was just as amazing at this appointment as she was during my initial encounter with her. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly takes the time to answer all questions. She makes her patients feel seen and heard which, unfortunately is very rare.
