They made me feel comfortable. I was nervous going in but they shared with me how things worked. I never felt ashamed of being over weight. Thanks Rocky and other staff
Rocky was amazing throughout the initial visit and scheduling process. She really worked to put me at ease about the procedure. She provided great information about what to expect through each stage in the process (scheduling, pre-surgery, surgery and recovery). She was incredibly responsive to any and all questions I had along the way.
Rocky was thorough and professional. The decision was all mine. No sales pitch at all, just thorough good information.
It was a great experience. Easy and smooth process getting started on the journey. They make you feel very comfortable in the consultation. Very informative and no pressure.

I was skeptic about the cost of the procedure however, for my consultation I met Rocky who is a very knowledgeable and supportive person who provided all the help I needed. I was pleased to learn about their financing options which allowed me to schedule my appointment without having to wait until I save for it next year. This review/rating is based on my consultation appointment, not the actual procedure since I have not had that yet. Rocky was super informative and put my mind at ease about what to expect. I can only hope the rest of my experience will be as good!

This was a great experience staff and Doctor were wonderful. They made me very comfortable and walked me through everything they were going to do. I would highly recommend Sonabella.
