I knew I have been wanting to get rid of this mommy muffin for some time now. Rocky was extremely knowledgeable in answering any and all of my questions. I am very excited to say we were able to book my TriSculpt E/X for next week! When questions get answered with confidence and match the information I have already researched, you know you are in the right hands!

The experience was great, Rock was very easy to talk to and not only supportive but seems to genuinely want to see you happy and get the results you want. Also very flexible with time.
Consultation went very well especially since I did not know what to expect. The office was very clean and there were no long wait times. Rocky was very knowledgeable and personable. She answered all my questions and was patient and kind. I definitely recommend this place from a customer experience aspect. My services are scheduled Sept 11th so wish me luck!

I loved the experience that I had at the Beachwood location. The staff were friendly and inviting and the waiting area was sanitized and ready for when customers arrived. I felt really comfortable with my specialist Rocky. She made me feel at ease and made the process of scheduling my Sono Bello fast and convenient.
From the moment I walked in the door to the day I had surgery I always felt like I was at home . From the Front Desk Clerk all the way to Dr.K & her assistant we're very thorough and very informational.. thank you so much for making me at ease....
