I was a bit irritated by the lengthy wait to be seen. There were 3 of us sitting in the lobby. They apologized stating they "overbooked". Also the fact that, normally, you would not have a consult with an actual surgeon during your initial visit, was quite puzzling to me. Withoout any hesitation, my request to speak with a surgeon was granted. I waited no more than 10 mins (very pleasing). The surgeon was also very pleasant. Starting with Betty who was awesome. She was straight forward & direct. Love that she emphasized safety & health in doing the procedures. Front desk was nice too. I really left there with appreciation & motivation. Thank you!

I just had my one week follow appt. I was greeted by friendly faces and taken back for my consultation shortly after arriving. My nurse Emily was kind, thorough and answered all my questions. This whole experience has been amazing! I’ve been checked on since my procedure and I feel very confident that I am going to be happy with my results.
