The day of my Dr Meet and Greet/Pre-op meeting went great! We met with Dr Laun who went over the areas to be worked on as well as risks, etc. My husband and I are completely confident with Dr Laun so we scheduled a date for the procedures. Scheduling at the front desk went well too. The women handling the scheduling and handling the financial aspects were awesome!

The staff is fantastic, Laurie, is sweet and is genuine, Jill, Carlyle, all of them are wonderful, and Melissa's the greatest, and Dr. Laun is by far the nicest and best Dr. I have ever met kind, understanding, and caring
