I appreciated the individual attention that I received, I know the procedure is based specifically on my needs as an individual and it made me feel special. And my coach Jen was very personable and professional. I appreciated her.

Very professional and answered all of my questions in person and on a timely manner when I called back.
I have bad anxiety and was really nervous. The nurse made me feel comfortable. I had my doubts even going through with the surgery, but I'm glad I went through with it. I am still healing. It's been almost 2 weeks. I feel better. I'm moving around good. I am still very sore but that's to be expected. I can already notice a change. I am excited to see the final results. I have to say that my experience was actually a pretty good one. Besides the issues with the schedule coordinator calling and sending text messages to the wrong number, everything and everyone was great! Brittney, who works the front desk, was truly adorable and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was truly happy! Great job everyone!
