Everyone is very personable and professional. Very accommodating to all your needs. They have gone above and beyond my expectations so far. My follow up nurse Alex was top notch. I had the best nurse Miranda for my Pre-Op appointment and during the procedure. She is so kind and compassionate. Unfortunately I was not able to ‘sleep’ during the procedure and felt uncomfortable and some pain, she handed me a stress ball in one hand and stroked my other hand to calm me. I felt her compassion and so appreciated her being right there for me. Thank you Miranda! Big hug!
