From the very beginning I felt very comfortable. I was told step by step what to expect and it was accurate. Pain after surgery was fairly minimal as well. The doctors and staff are soo kind. My nurse Melissa is the best. She gave me lots of tips to help with my recovery after abex. She is easy to talk to and answered all my questions honestly which I appreciate. Definitely recommend the Cleveland location to everyone

I am so happy I went through with turn procedure! It’s a little more recovery than was led on by the sales rep, but I 100% have no regrets. And my post-op nurse Alex is beyond amazing! She has answered all of my pre-op as well as post-op questions completely and thoroughly! Highly recommend!

I had a consultation with Rocky. She was very informative and made me feel very comfortable! The appointment started right on time and was very efficient. Office was clean. Very easy to communicate follow up questions via text. Looking forward to proceeding!
GREAT. TERRIFIC. WOULDN’T ANY OF THE PERSONNEL. They are easy to work with very giving and caring professionals. I believe they go out of the way to make the client aware and as comfortable as possible. They followed through on everything that they told me. If I had to I would do it again I would with the same Dr and Casey. Thank you Dr. and a special thank you to Casey.
Everyone at Sonobello Cleveland was professional, friendly, and patient. On the day of my procedure, Melissa was all I could ask for. She took great care of me. The consult and pre-op appointment were so informative, nothing surprised me when the surgery day came. I am one day post-op and love the way my outer thighs are looking.
