Julie was so great it explaining everything. She is great!! The entire staff is great. Only complaint I have is the compression garment they use. They are not comfortable ,they keep sliding down.
My experience with Sonobello Cleveland was great! Dr. Khoury and the entire team from front desk, to sales, to customer service, care, and follow-up care. They were friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Felt completely comfortable and recovered with minimal pain. Up within two days and back at work in three! Went for my 1 month follow up appt. Staff was friendly and explained everything in great detail.
Julie explained everything. She listens and she know exactly what you are looking for at the end results ... she’s awesome 😎
Lauren was really supportive. Walked me through the whole process and even let me squeeze her hands during the tough times. Very calm and I couldn’t imagine going through the surgery without her!!
Everyone was really friendly. They made me feel really comfortable about asking really embarrassing questions. They offered their own experiences.

I think for future reference really explain the afterwards care in more detail as example as what to expect the 1st wk and 2nd week 3rd & so on as to how to aid in healing for example why the belly area feels hard lumpy ... what to do.. not panick And think they messed your procedure.. one nurse at one point mentioned about massaging the belly.. Good point.. I would of like to know so fast was removed now what is the process to maintaining it so that I may have lasting results... then again maybe I didn't asked all the right... read more
