All the staff were nice and friendly. They all made me feel comfortable, snd they were very understanding.
My experience with the Garfield Heights office has been AMAZING!! The entire staff is very down to earth - they treat you like a friend instead of a patient. Very caring, informative, and thorough! Dr. Stroup is top notch in my book (his playlist during surgery is pretty EPIC😄)!! My surgery was split into 2 surgeries, plus I asked for a revision. My results absolutely speak for themself and I am extremely happy with my results. I highly reccomend coming in to see Dr. Stroup and his staff!!
The staff and doctor were amazing from the 1st consultation to the day of the procedure. I was extremely nervous the pre-op and procedure days, but the staff and doctor went above and beyond to help me to relax. I am 6 days post op and I am very pleased with my results so far. Would highly recommend!!!

Was a good experience...everyone makes you feel calm and is with you every step of the way...the doc was very detailed and reassuring...nurse Sam was fantastic and fun....and Jasmine is always very pleasant when I walk in as is the rest of the staff...looking forward to my next step!
You treated me like I mattered
I was really nervous going in but everyone was really nice and helped me stay calm they walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable with the process I’m only a little over week post op and I already notice a huge difference
Rocky was great. She answered all my emails and my questions in a timely manner. She made me feel really comfortable. The staff was great. And I'm so excited that Dr. Khoury is doing my procedure. He is the best!
