I had a phenomenal experience! The staff really care about you and are committed to helping you look and feel your best. They listen to understand your needs and I always feel heard! Today was my first balancer appt and I was a little apprehensive because I didn’t know what to expect. I also just had my surgery last Friday and was pretty uncomfortable.The assistant manager, Radiah Shaw, was great; she explained everything to me and reduced my anxiety very quickly with her kindness, humor, and knowledge. I’ve already made 2 more appts! Thank you!
