I had a phenomenal experience! The staff really care about you and are committed to helping you look and feel your best. They listen to understand your needs and I always feel heard! Dr Z and nurses Kat, Rameka, and Lisa took very good care of me during both procedures. Jayden and everyone at the front desk make you feel welcome and are so friendly! Today was my first balancer appt and I was a little apprehensive because I didn’t know what to expect. I also just had my surgery last Friday and was pretty uncomfortable.The assistant manager, Radiah Shaw, was great; she explained everything to me and reduced my anxiety very quickly with her kindness, humor, and knowledge. I’ve already made 2 more appts! Thank you!
