The procedure and process all seemed way more scarier than it actually was! I had my pre-op appt and all my nerves went away. The nursing staff made me feel so comfortable and answered all the questions I had. My progress looks great so far and can't wait to see it continuing to get better! Rachel was also great to work with and responded to my emails so quickly. She made sure I knew what to expect and that I felt comfortable with the process. 5 stars!
