The customer service was amazing and Dr Volk called me the evening of my procedure which I thought was great. They did a fairly good job of preparing you for what to expect after the procedure. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the consultant I spoke with kinda set me up to have unrealistic expectations so I severely underestimated how uncomfortable I would be in regards to the swelling. The experience was not as scary as I expected. The doctor and staff was always friendly and helpful. I wish I was more prepared for the 2-4 weeks after the procedure. If I didn’t have family members to take care of me and working from home, it would have been very difficult.
Rachel has been great with answering questions and being prompt with her responses. I have been very happy so far! I would recommend Sonobello Edina😊

My confidence, outlook and self image has improved since AbEx and lipo. I no longer have an abdominal overlap from my c-sections. I tried to hide that for decades. I would recommend the procedure to anyone!

All the staff at the Edina location has been fantastic! My pre-op nurse, Kiera, and Dr. Volk were so great, as have been all the other staff members I've interacted with. (So sorry I am terrible at names and cannot remember everyone's name)! My procedure went very well; I was nervous about not having anesthesia, but it was at most uncomfortable for very brief periods during the procedure. Otherwise it went as smoothly as possible!
