Be very cautious before signing anything here. When I asked if I could go home and talk to my husband before deciding, I was told I needed to sign right then and there to get a discount that if I left, the offer would no longer apply. That kind of pressure is completely inappropriate for a medical decision. What’s worse, no one mentioned that if I canceled the procedure, I’d be charged the $2,495 surgical fee. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Sono Bello. We originally had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 AM, but they rescheduled us to 12:30 PM on the same day. We arrived early at 11:30 AM and waited patiently until 12:30, only to find out that there were still two clients ahead of us. We were then told to wait in our car for another 40 minutes, so we came back around 1:15 PM. The most frustrating part?
