Great experience from the time I walked in the door until I left.
Just had my initial consultation and Jessica was the one who put me at ease. I was skeptical about going only because of my own insecurities. I was nervous about having to expose my problem spots to a complete stranger and honestly, embarrassed to show myself out of pure self-shame. Patricia was my medical assistant there she was great at explaining things and making me feel comfortable, and had a great sense of humor which I think is very important. Sara . was my patient care coordinator and she really took the time to make me feel comfortable and understand the procedure. I would highly recommend this to anyone
I am 3 months post op of my laser liposuction with Sono Bello and my surgeon was Dr. Brian Strand. I finally looked in the mirror one last time in July 2019 & decided as the consult is free, I wanted my muffin top gone! I did go in knowing the general pricing for "getting rid of my muffin top". Sono Bello was pretty darn close to any other liposuction doctor out there in the St. Paul/MPLS area. It’s early...I have done no surgery yet. That said, I’m extremely impressed with the patient consultant Jessica. She could not have been more forthright, understanding, and professional. I’m more interested than I was when I came for my free consultation and I believe that is primarily due to the nature of Jessica. Thank you for the experience.
I’ve seen the commercials for ‘Sono Bello’ several times on TV and after today’s advertisement made the call to set up a consultation appointment for later in the afternoon, same day. Everyone that I had talk ed to from the call center, to the receptionist at the desk and with Jessica, the ‘consultant’ were all very personable. My medical assistant Alysa was wonderful during my pre-op exam. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my upcoming procedure and make sure all my questions were answered. She made my visit very pleasant.
I feel like I really lucked out having Dr. Raine as my surgeon. I chose Sono Bello, not knowing who I would end up with as an actual surgeon. That’s a little scary. But Sono Bello chose Dr. Raine, and for that I’m very grateful! I was able to check out his credentials ahead of time, which was nice and comforting.
