I had to come in for the E X procedure. The experience was wonderful. Jennifer and Dr. MICKY WERE AWESOME. I was treated with kindness and respect. I did have uncomfortable pains for a few days but it has gotten better. I cannot wait for the healing to be over and see my great results!
Everyone was very welcoming and calm before, during, and after the procedure. Dr. Laine was fun to work with, kept me calm and responded quickly if I was in discomfort.
You all did very well. I was just disappointed with how much pain I was in during the surgery when I was told I wouldn't feel much.

I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into. If I would have gotten the information that I received at the time of seeing the doctor the first time for my pre-op I would not have agreed to the procedure. By the time I got that information it was too late to cancel & get my money back. All I got the first visit in Madison was 7 pages of paperwork to sign & a receipt. What I was told didn’t come close to what I expected to go through. And I expected my procedure to be in Madison where I first went. Not 2 1/2 hours one way ... read more

The initial consultation did not explain the procedure adequately. It is definitely a surgery, even if it’s described as ‘minimally invasive’. It is invasive. You also have to pay up-front and there are no refunds, before speaking with a doctor. That said, the surgical team was very professional and the day of the surgery and post-op follow up was fantastic. Unfortunately, the results were far less than anticipated.
