I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into. If I would have gotten the information that I received at the time of seeing the doctor the first time for my pre-op I would not have agreed to the procedure. By the time I got that information it was too late to cancel & get my money back. All I got the first visit in Madison was 7 pages of paperwork to sign & a receipt. The initial consultation did not explain the procedure adequately. It is definitely a surgery, even if it’s described as ‘minimally invasive’. It is invasive. You also have to pay up-front and there are no refunds, before speaking with a doctor. That said, the surgical team was very professional and the day of the surgery and post-op follow up was fantastic. Unfortunately, the results were far less than anticipated. No sales pressure--actually told me they could not help me and recommended other physicians for a procedure!
I had the worst experience ever! I went in to have 3 areas completed, my outter thighs, inner thighs, and inner knees. The consultation went well, however the day of the procedure is where everything went wrong, I had a doctor who was trash talking another doctor and complaining about a patient that was experiencing complications. The doctor was doing this all during my procedure. The procedure itself was extremely painful and would not recommend to anyone!
