Hey I found out that I couldn’t come back and edit … because I also wanted to add that the doctor/ nurses all made me feel comfortable and at ease .. if highly recommend if you’re interested in doing this type of procedure .. please go to the sonna bello in Norfolk Va … And I am extremely impressed with Liz how she’s followed through with me even on after my surgery.. it’s almost two weeks and she’s personally taking time to make sure .. I came into the office there Liz.. my consultant.. made me feel so comfortable with going through this procedure… even tho I was nervous as the day was long .. any who the procedure went fine .. I was also concerned about the scar for being cut across… trust me if I can have this done so can anyone… what’s to be expected is you’ll have some bruising .. they did pre- warn me that I may have some leaking through the incisions … But I absolutely didn’t have any seeping or leakage.. which was amazing.. because I was prepared for... read more

I had a procedure at this facility in February 2020. The process was great but the procedure left one side of my belly a different shape/ size than the other. Covid came along a few weeks later and the facility was closed. Not their fault. But there was never any follow up. I tried to ignore it for years. Finally made another appointment to go back for a consultation to have the procedure again. I not going to argue about the last one, I just simply going to schedule and pay again. I want to send a special “Thank you” to Linda who performed my Venus treatments. She was so gentle and kind. Not only did she do an AWESOME job, she was encouraging and supporting during this process. Sonobello did a great job in hiring her as an employee.
Deneen, Laurette, and Toya were great. They listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. Generally, I am not an emotional person, but during this time the staff members were very compassionate and concerned about my issues. They eased my emotional state of mind through this process.
