I had a procedure at this facility in February 2020. The process was great but the procedure left one side of my belly a different shape/ size than the other. Covid came along a few weeks later and the facility was closed. Not their fault. But there was never any follow up. I tried to ignore it for years. Finally made another appointment to go back for a consultation to have the procedure again. I not going to argue about the last one, I just simply going to schedule and pay again. I want to send a special “Thank you” to Linda who performed my Venus treatments. She was so gentle and kind. Not only did she do an AWESOME job, she was encouraging and supporting during this process. Sonobello did a great job in hiring her as an employee.
Deneen, Laurette, and Toya were great. They listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. Generally, I am not an emotional person, but during this time the staff members were very compassionate and concerned about my issues. They eased my emotional state of mind through this process. Thank you ladies for helping me.
My procedure was a satisfaction with a different doctor, my team (Dr. Ayewah and Kaitlyn) was outstanding.and attentive. They were very informative to the point they addressed my questions before I could verbal say them. They made sure I was comfortable to the point I fall asleep several times during the procedure. Thank you both.
Staff is very friendly.....all the money I paid for my chin and it looks worse than before...calling for over a hour and no one is answering the phone.... what I was told about my chin was a lie because it's horrible now that I have to start back wearing a mask...it's very depressing.....will be looking for a lawyer because I was lied to....am sure they knew the procedure wasn't going to work....if there was a zero button I would give zero....5 for the front desk workers .... biggest regret in my life ....
