Wonderful experience every time I have been there! Kara was an amazing nurse and took great care of me through out the entire process! I would also like to mention Joanne! Loved her! Very knowledgeable and was able to answer initial questions I came with.
I had been hearing about Sono Bello on the radio for quite some time. After a consultation with Joanne, (who was awesome!) I thought, this is it! I can get rid of the areas I struggled with for years to lose with diet and exercise but just wouldn’t budge! . From the start, my experience with the Sono Bello staff was extremely pleasant. The front desk staff was always so friendly. Katherine helped me book my surgery and while also very kind, she was knowledgeable as well. My schedule was kind of crazy, being in the education field, but everyone worked with me in order to make it happen. I was very grateful. I was so impressed from on phone call. It’s refreshing to enter such a fantastic business with warmth & caring about wanting to look your best. They explain the right procedure your wanting. They care & I felt so excited & safe! They explained how drinking water is important for this procedure plus not to smoke! You only have one chance to make a first impression. Katharine made a amazing first impression which was followed up by Christina . Which lead me to meeting with Joanne and she helped me to make the best decision ever. These 3 amazing ladies have helped me and guided through this wonderful change in my life.
