Joanne was a wonderful presenter of the process. I appreciate a straight foreword approach. She knew I was interested so she didn’t have to get my attention. She went right to explaining the process and why it is different from other choices. Then she explained how it is physically done and what to expect and when. Then she went to the cost and how she agreed it is expensive.
