I've had friends who have had gastric, tummy tucks, and I've been on just about every diet and exercise program known to mankind. I sent SonoBello an email requesting information and I was contacted almost immediately. The Dr and Staff were very attentive and made me feel at ease with my decision to move forward with the procedure. Post procedure 1 week, I received an email about what to expect. Actually, this was confusing to me because it said that any remaining swelling and bruising would be gone in a week to 10 days. I had a lot of swelling and was disappointed in the way that I looked if I was truly only 10 days away from all swelling being gone. People are wonderful. Nursing staff is wonderful. Surgeon was wonderful. My only major concerns are and I will continue to communicate them. That I expected that: my pre surgery medications would be called in. They weren't. I expected to be contacted to confirm my surgery day/time. I was not. I expected a 24 hour follow up after my surgery, there wasn't. I expected all of these things becasue it was documented in the information I received as well as I was told these things would happen. Thank you Naomi! Super professional and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns. Very sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She took her time to go over every detail with me and I felt very confident in the choices we made for the procedure.

I ended up paying more after I signed the agreement. Because the surgeon added more areas to get the desired result which as not discussed on the first assessment. On the day of the surgery , the surgeon told me the AbEx will be done at a later time. When in fact , couple days before that, during the preop he said he will do the AbEx instead of just the Trisculpt. In the middle of the procedure, I asked for more pain medication. I have had such a wonderful experience with Sonobello, Dr.Eslami and his nurses have the best bedside manners, the procedures I have had Love the outcome and can't wait to see what 6months will look like. I would highly recommend Dr.Eslami and his staff at Sonobello, Sacramento.
