From the beginning she made me feel calm, cared for, and completely comfortable. Her kindness, professionalism, and support have meant so much during my recovery. It’s been one month since my surgery with Sono Bello, and I am so grateful for the incredible front desk staff, Natalia and Janett. From my very first appointment they have been by my side every step of the way. They are always warm, welcoming, and so helpful, making the entire experience feel comfortable and supportive. People are wonderful. Nursing staff is wonderful. Surgeon was wonderful. My only major concerns are and I will continue to communicate them. That I expected that: my pre surgery medications would be called in. They weren't. I expected to be contacted to confirm my surgery day/time. I was not. I expected a 24 hour follow up after my surgery, there wasn't. I expected all of these things becasue it was documented in the information I received as well as I was told these things would happen. I ended up paying more after I signed the agreement. Because the surgeon added more areas to get the desired result which as not discussed on the first assessment. On the day of the surgery , the surgeon told me the AbEx will be done at a later time. When in fact , couple days before that, during the preop he said he will do the AbEx instead of just the Trisculpt. In the middle of the procedure, I asked for more pain medication.
