From the moment we walked into the front office we were made welcome, to the point one of the young ladies in the front left the office to find my wife and I some water. after we completed our paperwork, we were seen relatively quick and Ms. Verenia was absolutely wonderful. she was very informative, professional and patient.
Everyone is so professional I had a great experience. Karlota was and is amazing not to forget anyone else. I look and feel better than I ever have. Thanks to everyone who helped me out!

I had the best experience from beginning to end....day 3 of recovery alittle sore but I can see a difference still swollen....Dr Heirs and her nurses did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable...cant wait to see the final look....
i had my procedure done a week ago. i loved it. i was out two days. went to work on third day. stopped taking pain meds on 4th day after. no pain. Verenia is knowledgeable friendly anx just awsome. Dr. Novick. is AWSOME too. follow all your guidelines and aftercare. all will be fine. thanks guys n gals
