Amazing +++ !!! I have had an exceptional experience with the staff of Sono Bello in Phoenix, AZ. From my consultation to my 1 week post op visit the staff have all been top notch. My most recent visit, my 1 week post op with Tia, was above exceptional. Not only did she reassure me that everything was going well, she explained what I was feeling from her own experience with her own procedure. She was incredible! Shannon - gave me her dedication to me did not rush me. The staff have all been excellent. My complaint/ concern is the recovery pain/time was not explained totally. A lot more pain and swelling and time to see total result than I had anticipated. As the days go by obviously I’m really liking what I see.
Staff very friendly. Very clean facility. Someone always available to answer questions. Surgeon very nice. I felt well informed.
I’m only a month out. I’m really hoping for better results than what I see currently.
I was on the fence about doing the procedure but after speaking with Brooke I made the decision to go ahead. Dr. Case was very nice, professional and encouraging. The entire staff is really nice and very helpful. Thank you for everything and being there anytime I have questions!
Very clear and transparent communications. The actual process was much easier than I had thought. The post procedure healing could have been communicated a little more clearly. All in all, very happy.
So very happy with entire staff! Each person gives terrific service, is attentive and helpful. Didn’t feel rushed at any appointment. Nicole and Tia are awesome
