Great experience. Going in I was nervous and unsure about doing this procedure. The staff and doctors were so professional and supportive. I am so happy I did this. I know I made the right choice and would recommend Sono Bello Scottsdale without any reservation.
The whole thing was great. The only thing I was kind of concerned with was because there was confusion with the time Dr. Robles was rushed and he didn’t use the laser on me which I know was part of what I paid for.
It was great the doctor explained before and on the day of what he was going to do. The nurse was very sweet and careful when done a d helped put cloths on after and when through what to do at home and how to care for the areas. Got calls from the dr and nurse after on how I was doing. Week after went back and nurse very friendly and knowledgeable explained the next steps to take. Felt comfortable and happy with everything

From my first meeting with Brooke to the care of the staff, I had a wonderful experience! Carly at the front is so friendly and the kindness of the nurses was amazing. Dr. Robles was so kind during the procedure. Julie and Megan were awesome, too. The excision was not an easy procedure/recovery but I’m on my way!!
The experience from the moment I arrived until ( and evening past that) the moment I left was wonderful! Sono Bello was more concerned with my health and safety so much so that they opted not to schedule until I had a few things checked by a Dr. first. Above and beyond that , the consideration and compassion that I received from Carly ,The Receptionist , was beyond what anyone in her position would be expected to do. Everyone was very kind, helpful, understanding and supportive throughout the entire process! I felt like everyone went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed.
