I absolutely love the service I received today. The staff were so phenomenal and super sweet and inviting. They were super knowledgeable about the services I inquiry about. I just wish they had a place closer to get the services but overall great service.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service provided by the Tucson staff. They are professional and knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions. However, I felt that having to go to Scottsdale for the procedure was an inconvenience.

While the staff was super nice and professional, I was really disappointed that the surgery was in Scottsdale. Had I known that the surgicenter was not in Tucson, and that Tucson was just a shell office, I probably wouldn’t have wasted my time. It’s highly inconvenient for me. I to travel 2 hours. I felt the lack of transparency regarding this was deceptive. I do not know if I will move forward with the surgery.

Samantha and Katrina are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel amazing and make sure all your questions are answered before you leave the clinic. The procedure is expensive, however, Samantha was able to find ways to make it affordable. Katrina follows up on phone calls and makes her self available to answer questions. I
