I liked the experience. The staff is friendly. I wish I would have been told about information that was going to be helpful by phone. I haven’t received informed regarding follow ups.

Not only was my procedure successful, the staff were always available to answer my questions. Angie always took my questions seriously and reassured me when i had a concern. Call this one a win!
Everything was pretty quick and fast the results was amazing. Still going through the process of healing and recovering. I know and can see a big difference in my body and looking forward to the final outcome.
At first I was hesitant. But after I got my procedure done it was worth it. The staff , nurses and doctor were great. After a week of getting my procedure, I was able to go back to work. Still feeling a little sore but that’s expected. I’m feeling better everyday. Thank you.
For the most part I am pleased with my experience at Sonobello. I was a bit surprised that, immediately following my procedure, there was a sense of urgency to get me out of the clinic. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I experienced dizziness and nausea following my procedure so I was allowed to stay for a little while as an IV was started. I was really happy with everything w/the exception of the doctor never reaching out to me afterwards to see how I was doing. I feel this is just part of proper “bedside manner”. I realize the docs are busy and they may feel inconvenienced by doing such but I can assure you that it would improve your rating and make clients want to refer people to Sono Bello.
Very pleased with how I was treated during the procedure and in these three weeks since.
