The first contact- the front desk was very professional. Ms. Erin came out to great me and she was so awesome. She was very comforting from the start. She asked me what I wanted done. She made some suggestions and showed me some results. She talked to me about the procedures and what to expect and THEN she actually got the doctor, who was there for another reason to see me!!!!!!!! ERIN... she is AMAZING. Excellent customer service. She is truly the reason I booked and paid for my surgery the same day AND scheduled it only a few days out. She walked me through EVERYTHING. I’ve been through several consultations for lipo procedures with different companies and Erin was by FARRRRRRR the most compassionate and understanding. During my consultation, Erin Hawksworth was enthusiastic and very informative. It was very nice to have someone actually listen to my concerns about my body shape and how to best utilize the procedures to develop the body shape I want.
Harley T. is amazing. Her kindness and the way she advocates for a patient is nothing short of phenomenal. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with the process. To add, Dr Allison's bedside manner is one to be mirrored! He made me feel relaxed, managed my expectations and showed unbelievable professionalism.
My experience was good and I am truly amazed how my stomach looks now. I’m looking into the future toning my arms.
