Google reviews (120)bought a "ding" plan when I purchased my new car. When I had pebble/stone thrown by truck that chipped my windshield, Safelight was dispatched to my home for repair.

Sonsio customer support agent was very helpful from the get go. He pointed me to the closest windshield repair shop and handled my claim rather quick. The only problem I encountered was that Safelite would not repair the crack on my windshield because it was larger that a quarter; they wanted to replace the whole windshield. I didn't want to replace the whole windshield when the crack had happened on the passenger side bottom right corner, so I ended up fixing the crack myself with a repair kit.Sonsio did very good, but Safe... read more
It took a little while, but was able to get my car repainted and it looks great!
Customer service call center personnel were on top of everything. They confirmed my information and scheduled an appointment within few minutes. They were friendly and had a solution for everything. I also liked the transparency.
