RecommendedSo, yesterday, on the coldest day in 25 years, our 17 year old furnace decided to start leaking water from the secondary heat exchanger. Hats off to Taylor from SOS Heating and Cooling for rescuing us and getting it working, so that we could limp it along until they install a new furnace and air conditioner for us - tomorrow. RecommendedOur furnace caused our carbon monoxide monitors to go off. I called sos worried even though most people told me that happens the first time of the year. They came out that day and advised us of the danger of leaking gas. Got me options to fix or replace quickly. Guys that did the install were very thorough and respected my home. Walked me how to use everything. Pricing was transparent. Timelines were transparent. No issues.

RecommendedI've been having trouble with my furnace for 5 years. Have had multiple people out to check. No one could find the problem. Called SOS this morning (12/28/18) and not only could they get someone out to check it out today, they found the problem! Jody was amazing! He was efficient and friendly.
