i would like to thank Dan for wasting my time. i called SOS almost a week ago and told Dan i have hail damage on my compressor and ask if it could be combed out. he gave me his cell # to send him pictures of the unit. i sent 7 pictures and he never called me back i tried calling numerous times and left messages and still never returned any of my calls. I now know who not to call!!.
I called to make an appointment to fix the A/C at my house because it has been reaching up to 90° in the house during the day and rarely goes below 85° at night. I know it is the beginning of summer so I wasn't expecting an appointment today or tomorrow. The women who answered the phone didn't give me her name, was chewing her gum loudly in my ear, put me on hold to answer her personal cell phone that I could hear ringing loudly in the background, and told me the next available appointment wouldn't be until Thursday or Frida... read more
Had SOS out in March of 2015 for a problem and was told that the blower motor board was bad, then we decided to put a generic motor in. then a few weeks later had a problem with the squirrel cage that is hooked to the motor they replaced, and had to replace it. now today may 11 2015 I have the same problem I had in march and again another tech tells me that it is the gas valve.
