Ladies at Arlington location are extremely helpful and can always answer any questions I may have. Their concern for my well-being and overall success is apparent every visit. My weight loss “saga” has held many ups and downs, but this program has been easy to follow. I look forward to a successful maintenance program!
I lost 60 pounds in 5 months. It works folks. I loved the food and the program. The weekly weigh-Ins help with accountability. The ladies know their stuff and are very supportive. Thanks for giving me my life back. God is so Good!

Every time I step on the scale, I can't believe I'm down another pound! SOTA is everything the commercials say. It’s life & hopefully, habit-changing by retraining my way of eating. The staff IS supportive, and while you eat “real” food, their snack & meal replacement products make the process easier. Two changes would make SOTA perfect. (Cook my meals for me, LOL) Seriously though… Lower their prices so more could benefit & add more pre-packaged choices.

I’m only on day 3, and I’ve already lost weight. I’m not going to lie, I’ve been hungry these first days, but Becca, my support team, told me that is normal considering how many carbs I used to eat.
