Everyone at SOTA has been wonderful. You are so supportive and kind, even when I mess up a little. There has never been any judgment. I had some health problems that were concerning before I stated the program. Within the first week on the program many of my symptoms were corrected and disappeared. I have lost close to 40 pounds.
