Just beginning. I have done other programs like this before that offer prepackaged food and bars. SOTA’s are the best! They really are tasty! It’s pretty impressive. Further, the step-by-step instructions have left me with no room for questions… But when I do have questions, I feel like I can text and easily get the answers I need. I definitely have more energy in just three days and my mind is clearer. I’m not hungry through the day or craving junk. So that’s great! I feel like progress is really being made.
