SOTA is a learning experience about nutrition, your body, food and what’s out there as to why you gain weight. Then, they nurture and teach you how to lose the weight and they stay with you to keep it off. Such a successful program. They are so knowledgeable about nutrition. And caring. You got this.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with thru out the program. I recommend this program to anyone that is interested in losing the weight and ready to do it. I look forward to working with the SOTA staff in the future as I continue my journey with sustained weight loss, and keeping the weight off.
