Great experience with getting started. This is all new to me and they did a great job of explaining and letting me know that I have a lot of options with food and that they are happy to help at anytime!

Every one of the counselors at this location (Southlake) are wonderful! So far I’ve dealt with Jasmine, Jacob, Chase and Mariah and every one of them are so supportive, knowledgeable, and full of suggestions should I need to switch things up to stay in fat-burning mode. I’m so grateful for the recipes and one on one help I get with this program. Love you SOTA! 15 lbs of fat gone so far! Woohoo!!!!
