SOTA Ft Worth was great. Quick in and out weekly meetings. Expectations are clear, and explanations of why something may not be working. If you stick to the plan, the plan works. I lost 65 pounds in 5 months. I also work in one town and live in another and was still able to have success. Saved money on eating costs as well. Looking forward to going into the maintenance side.
The weekly meetings were so helpful and gave me accountability which really helped sticking to the plan with exactness. I didn't feel hungry and the variety of food was really good. The recipes on the website were very good and I will continue to make them. I feel like I really know how to eat and stay healthy and maintain my weight. I lost 40 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 4!!

Everything about my experience with SOTA has been AMAZING. I have gained so much information and knowledge about Food, meal planning and how to SHOP joyfully.
