Great experience
I told myself I’d never do another diet I had to pay for but I knew from a health perspective I had to do something. So far I’ve lost 21 of the 30 lbs I needed to lose. I’ve followed the diet and lost, on the week that I cheated the weight loss was minimal. I’ve never been hungry. Removing the sugar from my diet has reduced my arthritis pain. Fabulous, considerate, and knowledgeable customer service! SOTA made me really look at what I was eating/drinking and gave me a new way of eating. I will admit - it wasn't easy at times, but your body gets used to it and the weight falls off.
The team at SOTA is absolutely wonderful! They are knowledgeable, helpful and motivational. They are by your side every step of the way and are there any time you need them.

SOTA people are very understanding. I am currently on maintenance. Due to my work schedule, I very frequently have to shift my appointment times, sometimes at the last minute. The people are very accommodating and understanding.
Excellent, very nice, and pleasant, they really help you get started and stay rolling with the program. The food choices are great. There are food options for the on the go or traveling for business weeks that I have.
The customized session for me was great.
