Been on the program for 14 weeks and have lost 54lb. But better than losing the weight it has reset my body, after a few weeks I no longer had sugar cravings. Which was the main reason no other diet work for me. I would differently recommend to anyone who want to lose or reset their metabolism.
Just getting started but so far the staff has been excellent.

The program really works! I lost the amount of weight I’d planned on even before my 12 weeks was over. I can’t believe how easy it was, and the food tasted good too!
I haven't gotten my package yet but the time with my counselor was very encouraging and I am looking forward to doing this plan...
