No consideration for two people in the same household being on a program and $8000 is a ridiculous price to ask us to sign off on.
I blamed my weight gain on the cancer medicine I have been on for over two years, my age which is 49, basically on things I claimed were out of my control. Then I started Sota. Started on November 5 and was at my goal of 35 lbs by mid February. I’m at my goal two weeks early so I am going to try to lose 5 more lbs than I planned to when I started! I can’t believe how easy the program has been. Made it through two holidays and three trips and still stayed on target. If you follow the program, it works. It’s that simple.
I’m 63 days into program and doing a slow loss (average of 2-4 pounds a week) but I feel so much better. The SOTA staff is friendly and encouraging so I keep on plan.
It was a learning experience. I will definitely need their support and knowledge to get to my results. My mindset Is still not wear it needs to be, but I need to do this for myself and my family.
My husband and I had spoke with Victoria about my allergies and I received my produces that I thought were free of eggs and milk and in faith I ate some and was sick for 4 days.
All of the individuals that we met were very friendly. The one thing that I found disturbing was when we got home and looked at all of the products, it was very overwhelming about what products were for breakfast, etc. It was hard to plan out the day.
I will give a 14 week review in 14 weeks . If I am 170 lb in 14 weeks that will tell all.

Staff very friendly, little misleading (putting fear in you) when it comes to vascular fat level I see a cardiologist yearly the level of fat as stated by SOTA he said he would have seen, and you cannot be accurate with the equipment they use. I see now why the Mavs and Cowboys use them they are Wealthy way over priced.
