So far it’s easy
I am so glad I did the Sota program/wellness. Everyone is so great at the Garland location. I couldn’t have reached my goal in 13 weeks if i didn’t have the support and encouragements of the great team there. They are truly a blessing!!!

Was more expensive than I anticipated, otherwise great staff.
Everyone was very nice. Everything sounded so great until the price. Maybe alot of people wouldnt be over weight if it cost less to eat healthier then it does to eat junk. $14000.00 to become a better you. No reasonable payment options.
I felt that the price quoted for services was too high.
