Great program and absolutely wonderful counselors who encourage you all along the way. They couldn’t be more supportive and always have great suggestions to conquer any difficulties. The products are excellent too.
So far, so good. I am halfway through the process to lose 20 pounds, and I am more than half way towards reaching my goal. I have never been hungry, and I find the breakfast and lunches that are supplied to be very tasty. Also, the menus that are supplied for dinner offer excellent opportunities to eat healthy with great variety and flavor. My SOTA dietician has been very helpful and encouraging. Most importantly, I am learning ways to incorporate healthy eating into my life after I have reached my goal.
I have seen and heard the ads for SOTA for a long time. I’ve even had two friends that went through the program and they did very well on the program and are still doing good today couple years later. So after trying several different things and having some luck with some of them I decided OK I’m gonna go talk to SOTA and I went and talk to them. I have had a fat stomach for years. I Tried several other different diets but never could get rid of my gut. After hearing about SOTA I decided to give it a try. The food and snacks are delicious. I have never been hungry following the SOTA weight Loss Plan. I have more energy and feel better after losing the weight.
You did very well. The program is well designed and the food even tastes like what is in the package!. I was at first skeptical but after a few days in the program I realized that I was not hungry in the least bit. I am now in my 11th week. I begin at 260 pounds and my goal is 200 pounds. My last win on Friday was 205. Just a little more to go! The encouragement and assistance I received from my coach was superb. I highly recommend this program!
