I have tried the lap band but wasn’t successful. Tried prescription weight loss pills that were not successful. This program helped me lose 102 pounds and I feel like a new person. The staff at Sota are awesome. I tell everyone that ask how did you lose so much weight about the SOTA program. I am playing my fourth round of golf this week.

I’m going into week 7 and I’ve let go of 20lbs! I’m grateful that I’m seeing results for the work that I’m putting in but even more grateful for the coaching I get each week. This past week I had a pretty low number on the scale, my lowest so far, and I hadn’t wavered from the program at all it but it was so nice to sit and process the variables with another person. I let feeling encouraged and not so hung up on a number. Im thankful for the journey and the people who are here to support me.

I am very happy and satisfied with the program. I began the diet on Monday of the 2nd week of July at 260 pounds. Now 10 weeks later I weighed in at 220 pounds. I followed Of the diet to the letter and with Jerusalem, my coach, I must say I am very happy with the results. Only 20 pounds to go and I will have reached my first goal of 200 pounds.

I only needed to lose 10-13 pounds. I’m 5 feet tall and had a difficult time shedding that weight. My goal is to get down to 100 pounds. Lost the first 10 in4-5 weeks and am trying to chip away at last 11/2 pounds. The eating plan and their supplemental food was great. My advisor, Jerusalem, is wonderful and so encouraging. Wish I hadn’t waited to use the SOTA program. It’s so effective.

I got the results I had determined would be my healthy weight and have learned how important having a nutritionist was critical to my success. I dealt with a couple of excellent nutritionist and all were very knowledgeable with great support and ideas but Avery was the nutritionists who helped me over most of my Weightloss success. She has a terrific teaching style and personality that I needed to help me change my thinking about nutrition of all the foods that are not healthy and even additive. Victoria Garcia was great! Very professional and understanding. She explained everything in great detail and did not pressure me in any way, which is refreshing. I enjoyed talking with her and learned a lot about the program. She did an outstanding job.
