It was much easier than I expected. The food supplements really kept me from feeling hungry or low on energy. I’m fact I had much more energy because I was eating on a regular time schedule and wholesome foods that maintain consistent energy levels. I believe my advisor was the spoke that kept the wheel turning. Her support, advice, and encouragement really made things happen. She is the secret weapon that kept me going.

After chemo, I gained 12 lbs. stubborn weight. I did 7 weeks of SOTA, it all came off, and I learned A LOT about sugar free, low impact carb options. Good knowledgeable nutrition advice. Highly recommend.
First thing. It will cost you some money so be ready for that. For me it's well worth the price. The plan is simple. Eat the foods they provide and follow the plan the way they lay it out. Do the exercise work. Trust me you will be extatic over the results. The girls in Garland are extremely helpful. Always glad to see you. For me being a 52 year old man,, having a room full of pretty women who genuinely seem happy to see you is a great ego and confidence boost. Great overall experience.
I’m only human. So, I’ve gotten off track. Way off track! I didn’t want to weigh in. My SOTA expert, Jerusalem met me where I was. She helped me refocus gave me positive energy. My outlook went from tearful to determined. Here’s to another leg of the journey with Sota!
So far so good! The SOTA foods are pretty good for what they are, and the staff is friendly. I've lost over 30lbs in 7 weeks and it's been pretty dang easy. Only downside is the price.
