I'm 76 lbs with 25 more left to go, the time has flown, the recipes on the website are very good and we plan to use them after I'm done with the initial program, too many reasons to do it and none to not change your life.
I learned so much about what to eat, when to eat, how to eat, and why I eat. The plan was easy to follow, and Jerusalem was so encouraging!

SOTA was great support to get and keep me going on my healthy way. I’m down about 35lbs, and it has honestly been pretty painless. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for assistance with their goals.

I was skeptical at first but once we started the diet was easy to follow and worked like a charm. Our consultant Jerusalem was amazing and helpful and a spectacular cheerleader.
From the very start it was all about me. What have I tried in the past? What are my weaknesses? Al I had to do is let go and follow the process. I was not perfect but followed the best I could and listens to my coach. Dropped 45 lbs in 3 months, haven’t weighed 225 since I was 13. That was over 25 years ago. SOTA has changed my life and my future for know I know how to live.
True to their word, they take care of you post COVID if you gained a few. I am very thankful for their help.
