My coach Jerusulem is an absolute angel sent by the heavens. She walked me through the whole 90 program. I bought in at a 30 pound 99 day program and it’s been 9 months. I not only lost 30 but 45 while on the program and now a total of 70 on my own since I finished the program just following the philosophy of SOTA. I was 279 amd now I’m 211. I couldn’t be happier and each month she calls me to check in . I literally look forward to her call each month. I can’t recommend y’all enough.
Not what was expected asked specifically if the program was real food or provided food. They said either way you pay the same? Crazy. Entirely too expensive and unrealistic.
This plan has been easier than I expected. I enjoy taking the SOTA products and making the SOTA recipes. This experience is changing the way I eat, cook, and order meals at restaurants. And I feel so good!

I called the Garland SOTA location to schedule an appointment. My call was received in a timely manner. The receptionist, Dianne (spelling), was very knowledgeable and friendly. She walked me thru the process, took my information, and payment over the phone. I was a little nervous when I got to the center but quickly was made to feel at ease. This is a great plan that works. It is expensive so you need to be committed to it, but as I said. “It works! “. The counselors are very helpful and encouraging. I would not have been as successful as I was without the weekly conversation.
