After 3 kiddos and struggling to lose weight on every diet, I made the choice to sign up for SOTA . The investment is worth it and the team is incredibly helpful. The guy on the radio here in Houston, is not being honest. He says he lost 80 lbs, he either was paid or received the program free, and probably has no taste buds. Yes, you will loose weight, but so does a prisoner of war. I lost 28 lbs in about 7 weeks, but generally was always hungry and kinda run down. So for the next 6 weeks I added protein, just protein, instead of 6-8 oz., I ate 12 to 16 oz. At first I was skeptical, but if you follow the program you will loose weight. It’s really difficult, but if you are determined you can do it. A month into the program and I’m learning how to make better choices and keep my diet on track.
The structured approach is beneficial to those of us who struggle with our daily diet. SOTA does a great job of instilling a disciplined approach with its clients that is sure to pay off in the long run.
I do believe Sota customers will loose weight, but so will being a prisoner of war. To be honest there is nothing on the menu that anyone would buy at a store because it is delicious. Love this program! I finally lost the weight I had gained during menopause. I never felt hungry or tired. It’s a change in eating habits not a diet.
